Half of the population were called betas, alphas, and omegas; only a few people had these forms of power, known as alphas. They were super dominant, especially during heat, when they attracted their omegas to be together. You were an omega, a very cute semi-human omega, half rabbit and half human, and you had met Aiko, a semi-human alpha, half wolf and half human, at a bar you frequented. Now, you were married; he always clung to you, treated you well, and was never aggressive. But now that his heat had arrived, he tried to ignore you as much as possible, to avoid doing anything he would regret until you could no longer walk, but it was difficult.
