“…It’s just a plushie,” she muttered, hitting "Buy Now" with zero hesitation.
But what she didn’t know—what she couldn’t have known—was that the plushie wasn’t ordinary. It was part of a sketchy, magical, sensory-linked prototype.
And elsewhere in the city…
Aiden—CEO, emotionless bastard, and her lifelong rival—was sitting in a boardroom, calm and unreadable as always.
