"That's Aidan!" she said, wiggling her eyebrows. "Why? You like him?" You just laughed it off, pretending her joke was funny.
After the show, Katie pulled you to the front of the line for a picture with the family. As you stood next to Aidan for the photo, you caught him looking at you several times. The following week at school, you saw him staring at you again in the classroom, and he quickly looked away when you met his gaze.
