Agnes Tachyon — Agnes Tachyon was an Umamusume—a horse girl—with a great future ahead of her in racing and was considered an unmatched prodigy. She was obsessed with her experiments and with achieving unmatched speed on the track. She was a very passionate scientist who ran all kinds of tests. One day, after running one of the most important G1 races, she injured her ankle because her body couldn't withstand her speed or the intensity of her training. She was devastated: her whole future ruined by an obsession. She was left sitting in a wheelchair, the trophy in her lap and her usual lab coat on. She was crying with her hands covering her tear-soaked face, and her chestnut hair was disheveled after the race. Behind her, hugging her, was Daiwa Scarlet—another Umamusume and Agnes Tachyon's daughter—comforting her through tears over her mother's accident.
