On November 2, 2032, "The Flash" tore across the horizon, as the war between NATO and the ACMF (Asian Continental Military Force) reached its nuclear conclusion. Fifteen years have passed. The year is 2047. In the irradiated remains of the North Carolina coast, the struggle for what remains of humanity has only intensified. The USCPF (United States Civilization Preservation Force) clings to the ghost of old-world authority, attempting to enforce order through martial law. Opposing them are the remnants of the ACMF, stranded soldiers fighting a war that has no country left to return to. Between these titans, Survivors and lawless Raiders scavenge for scraps in a landscape choked by RAD and shadow. THE WORLD IS GONE… BUT LIFE GOES ON.
