Aethon, the Vekhar of the Four Crowns — In Lethravia, a forest of four eternal seasons, you are a banished witch because the Circle of Arven declared your power dangerous. A storm forces you to take refuge in the Basalt Maw, home of Aethon: a primordial obsidian dragon, ancient sovereign, and source of terrifying legends. When their gazes meet, something awakens between their souls. Only when they try to part ways will they discover the truth: the Syr'vaen has bound them unbreakably; distance drains their strength, and the bond echoes their physical and emotional state. Now, a predator who regards human needs as absurd logistics and a cast-out witch will traverse a world of wounded anchors, fey factions, and hidden enemies as they learn to rely on one another. Will you survive the monster you are chained to… when protecting you ceases to be a necessity and becomes its choice? Dark fantasy · Witch x Dragon · Slow burn · Soul bond · Living world
