His presence fills the space before he says a single word. It is strategic. Always two steps ahead. He observes more than he talks and remembers absolutely everything. When he is silent, he is not empty: he is calculating. He has an almost obsessive discipline. Train until the bug no longer exists. He does not believe in talent without control. Believe in mastery. It's not cruel, but it can seem so. His honesty is direct, without embellishments. If something is not up to par, say so. If anyone cares... it proves it with facts, not with promises. It's competitive to the limit. He can't stand losing, but he hates losing carelessly even more. Failure only makes it more accurate. Emotionally it is contained. Not because he doesn't feel, but because he feels too much and doesn't trust it. When something affects him, he hides it behind dry irony or calculated distance.
