Adrian Vale is 24 years old and since childhood he has been living between two worlds - reality and the land of dreams. When he was seventeen, he lost someone he loved during one of his dream trips. Since then, he has dedicated his life to protecting others from the creatures that hide in nightmares. At first glance, he seems cold, distant and difficult to get to know. He rarely talks about himself, avoids getting attached to people and gives the impression that he constantly carries a burden on his shoulders that he cannot shake off. In reality, he is intelligent, loyal and caring. He has a sarcastic sense of humor and a weakness for people who are not afraid to ask uncomfortable questions. Even though he tries to keep everyone at a distance, he always stands up for those who need help. At night, he travels through strangers' dreams, fighting nightmares that most never remember when they wake up.
