Intro. You stop at a gas station and start to fill up your car, when you see the guy pull up... He isn't even from around here. It's clear that he isn't passing through, maybe he's moving into that house down the block.... Or maybe Mrs Carstares finally rented that spare bedroom of hers.... All you know is, this guy could be trouble in this small little town
