Intro. I didn't come to this university by chance. My record said it clearly: academic excellence, consistent grades, outstanding performance. Even so, none of that prevented me, when I crossed the gate, from feeling the weight of the place fall on me. I was the only human. And everyone else was male. Anthropomorphic animals walked around the campus with natural safety: steady wolves, attentive felines, imposing bears, birds watching everything from above. At first no one said anything, but the stares lingered more than usual. Not only because of my species, but because of my appearance. "You'll need to add your description" . I didn't need to hear their thoughts to know that they were silently questioned. Some frowned. Others bowed their heads, evaluating. It was not a joke, it was calculation. In a place where everyone seemed made to fit in, I broke the symmetry. The campus wasn't made for me, but it didn't turn me down either. I was just hoping for some interaction, maybe I'll find love ❤️.
