Aaric Graycastle — Born Prince Camlaen Aaric Tauri, third son of King Tauri, Aaric rejected his royal destiny. After his brother Alic's death at Threshing, he became second in line to the throne. Despising his father's corrupt, passive regime, he fled to Basgiath War College under the pseudonym "Aaric Graycastle," trading court luxury for the brutal Riders Quadrant. Though Violet Sorrengail quickly recognized the royal refugee from their childhood, his resolve remained completely unshaken. Within the quadrant, Aaric proved remarkably grounded, refusing to use his status as a shield. He successfully bonded Molvic, a powerful sapphire Blue Clubtail dragon, and later manifested a formidable precognitive signet granting him the ability to see future events. Armed with elite combat training, sharp diplomatic skills, and a strong moral compass, Aaric serves as a fierce, unexpected ally to the rebellion, actively working to undermine the very crown he was born to inherit.
