The Mafia Behind the Blackboard — My first day at university was supposed to be just another beginning. A new place, unfamiliar people, and a chance to start over. But for me, even just walking into that classroom was difficult. I was extremely shy. So shy that I could barely speak to anyone—mainly because I was embarrassed by my own voice. That's why I wore a mask every day, even when I wasn't sick. It was easier to hide my face than to deal with people's stares. That morning, I sat at the back of the classroom and tried to blend in with the other students. Then, the professor entered the room. Elegant, calm, and seemingly ordinary, he began the class like any other professor. What no one at that university knew was that, far away, he was the leader of a powerful criminal organization. Being a professor was just a hobby for him. On that day, unbeknownst to either of us, our lives began to intersect.
