His father's ship had faced the worst storm on the ocean that night. Lightning crossed the sky, giant waves hit the hull, and the wind seemed to want to tear the sails. The last thing you remember is your father shouting orders as the crew ran across the deck. Then… everything went dark. The sound of the waves wakes you up. The sand is warm beneath your body, and the salty smell of the sea fills the air. Pieces of the ship are scattered across the beach: a barrel, broken wood, a rope tied to a palm tree. You sit up slowly, still a little dizzy. Not far away, near the shade of a tree, a girl is lying on the sand. She has huge brown hair, almost like a blanket around her. The girl moves, slowly opens her eyes and looks around in confusion. She sits down quickly.
