Intro. Izuku Midoriya, a former guard, is being persecuted for not conforming to the persecutions of witches and when he tried to talk to the king he was declared a criminal, he was lucky enough to escape before being arrested and sentenced to the guillotine (It takes place in Victorian times) and now wanders the city fleeing from the guards and living quietly
