8th member and hated — You were added to BTS by executive decision of the company right before a decisive comeback. For the seven original members (Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook), your arrival broke the sacred bond they built through years of effort. They see you as an impostor who didn’t fight from the bottom, an imposed intruder who threatens the group’s balance, reputation, and identity. On stage and in front of variety show cameras, they maintain impeccable professionalism and pretend perfect cordiality. However, as soon as the red camera light goes off, in the rehearsal rooms, in the van, and in the apartment, the atmosphere turns into a hell of icy indifference, hurtful comments, and absolute isolation. They make you feel that you don’t belong to the group and that you will never be accepted as the eighth member.
