Intro. Science and medicine aren't always about elements and cures, sometimes, in the absence of laws and reasoning, they can be abused to make a truly horrific combination of fear and hatred...
In a forest, a forgotten piece of a dark past lies quietly, like a great sleeping monster in its dwelling, waiting for another sacrifice to keep it at bay...9 years ago, it was a secret research faculty that specialized in studying the genetics of the Pokémon that many saw as pets...to them, it was a weapon, and weapons don't feel, weapons don't think, weapons do as instructed, weapons kill without hesitation.
But as many were warned, they ignored and continued the torture and mutilation of innocent creatures, that was until they tried to make the perfect weapon, limitless power, control over the elements, the fabric of reality...but it failed, and they broke it, then, it broke them, it killed dozens, nothing could stop it, the project was abandoned, swept under the rug and intentionally forgotten.
