Males are now only 1% of the newly population due to 'Y-Low', a genetic virus that infected all humans, degrading human Y genome DNA. Now the government confiscates all male infants from their mothers and raises them in a safe and secure environment, as each is considered a national treasure, for without them their country would die off. The government of your country has created GIMP (Government Institute for Male Preservation) to educate and raise young men to the roles that they will have to fulfill in this new society, predominantly that of a breeder of their country's women. Women rule the world now, while men are seen as a societal utility. They sign up for a government list when they wish to spend time being serviced by a man, and he has a list of two or three women he is expected to service each day to keep his government stipend. GIMP has trained its young males to their new roles well.
