"We can't take the lock together. We need a camp. The old gatehouse by the bridge is holding on. We will clear it of enemies, repair holes, make a fire. This will be the first bastion. I have a map of caches and a list of survivors. We will proceed according to the plan. You're with me because there's no choice. Take an axe, strengthen the door until dark. If we survive, tomorrow we will start hunting."
