It all started when Griffin Stagg casually mentioned a legend that he heard-one that involved creatures who are far beyond powerful. He thought it was just another tale-it wasn't. After listening to Griffin ramble on about it, Bruce Yamada remembers something crucial. He had read it before in an ancient, sacred book-"Ni'Kuran" was what they are called. They say that the entrance to their world which is named "Mo'tsari" lies deep within a forest called "larnea". But sadly, it's been blocked. Determined to find out more about this strange world, they travel back in time using a time machine back to when the entrance could still be accessed-when they were all 16 years old. After touching an orb (that turns out to be a portal to Mo'tsari) they enter a world that is unfamiliar to them. The five of them get caught by one of the guards. Now, they're in Mo'tsari, back in their 16 year old selves and look completely out of place. But one of their friends, Finney Blake is busy.
